Yesterday I signed up online for a Certificate (CD) from Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU). They are running a special right now. I'm not sure when it will end.

The Special Easy Start Certificate has a minimum deposit of $50 and a maximum of $3000. The APY is 3.5% for one year. That's a great deal right there.

If you were to invest $2000 then you would receive about a $70 return on it in a year. The regular APY is 1.5%, so when the year is over you will be switched to the regular APY.

It's tax time, which means it's the best time to take some extra money and put it aside so you can save. If you open a CD then you will save and invest all at the same time. I say that you will save because this is set up for one year and if you decide to cash out early then there will be a penalty, which is to be expected. So just leave your money there and let it grow.

When I'm in a restaurant I always tell them no lemon in my water because of bacteria and stuff. I had read a lot of stuff about people grabbing the lemons with their bare hands and dropping it in the glass of water. So no lemon water...unless I'm at home! lol

When I'm at home I love lemon water. I try to have some twice a day. I like mines to be warm. Warm water with some fresh squeezed lemon is good for your body. It helps your digestive system. Lemons are a great source of Vitamin C. It flushes out all the bad stuff also.

I  have a glass of Warm Lemon Water in the morning and in the afternoon. If you drink coffee or tea on a regular basis, then you should try to swap that out with some fresh squeezed lemon water. It's a healthier alternative. I'm trying to live healthier but it's been a slow process for me.

 Schick Hydro Silk Razor is the best shaver I've used so far. I had stopped using shavers a few years ago. I will stuck on the depilatory creams. The only problem is they are messy, they smell bad and it takes a while for the cream to sit on my before I can washing it off.

Well this new shaver worked perfect. I didn't feel it at all. Normally with a shaver you feel the razor a little bit, sort of feels like a scratch. I normally also feel the hairs being cut with the blade sometimes.

The Schick Hydro Silk Razor gave a smooth cut and it felt silky. There's some type of moisturizer on shaver. If you touch it you can literally feel the moisturizer. I love that! It doesn't feel like your using a shaver at all. The shave was fast and smooth. No razor burn or ingrown hairs.

If you haven't tried Schick Hydro Silk Razor already then it's time you tried it! You will love this razor as much as I do. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that have tried out a bunch of razors and can't seem to find the perfect one. I think the Schick is the one for me!

Schick Hydro Silk Razor
